ok so this is a list of some of the things I do to keep my mind off food. hope this can help someone!
make playlists on spotify
make movie lists
follow other people’s movie lists
watch a movie that you haven’t seen yet from one of those lists
wash your makeup brushes and sponges
smoke a cigarette
take a shower
chug 1L of water
do a complete body check (max 1 per week)
go swimming
walk to the park and smoke a cigarette
clean a drawer
separate clothes that you don’t use/don’t fit for charity
play a video game
browse for online clothing
go hang out at starbucks; order coffee or green tea
go to the movies by yourself
play an instrument
read a book
write a letter to your future self
write a letter to your past self
write ugw imagines
go window shopping at your local mall; take pictures of the clothes you will
wear when you’re at your goal weight
create yourself on The Sims 4 with the measures you wanna have
look at “real life thinspo” (girls that you know that are thinspo)
create water drinking games for your favorite tv shows/movies (i.e., have 500ml whenever someone says “push one of epi” on Grey’s Anatomy)
create a pinterest board with decorations you want in your future house
find out more about cities you wanna live in; go apartment searching online just for fun
